Machine servicingTo ensure maximum value from your investment, your equipment should be regularly serviced and maintained. We can provide an on-site specialist to your business or service your equipment in our workshop and servicing division. All of our service technicians are highly trained Speed Queen and UniMac professionals.

Tell us your contact and equipment details, preferred servicing time and whether the service is on or off site and one of our service technicians will then contact you to book your machine service.
Speed Queen & Unimac Spare PartsWe understand the importance of your equipment functioning correctly and the urgency involved in replacing a failed part with the right part, the first time. Our spare parts division keeps on-hand all key parts of the Speed Queen and UniMac equipment we distribute. In addition we can source parts through our national and international network. As we sell American manufactured products, by US law the manufacturer is required to supply parts for 10 years after the last date of manufacture, ensuring your investment is well supported in the long term.
Keeping true to our 'same day service' target, if the part you require is in stock and we are notified of the order by 3.30pm Monday to Friday, we can ship the required part the same day.
If you urgently require a spare part, call 1300 WASHER to ensure your request is dealt with immediately.
Otherwise email NSW or ACT at spareparts@speedqueenlaundry.com.au or WA at spareparts@speedqueenwa.com.au with your contact information, Speed Queen or UniMac model number, serial number and your spare part requirements. One of our spare parts experts will contact you for confirmation and supply details.
