If we don't have a part in stock we can source the part through our national and international network, usually within a few days. We then deliver the part to you, fix your machine at our workshop or provide an on-site specialist to your business.

Keeping true to our 'same day service' target, if the part you require is in stock and we are notified of the order by 3.30pm Monday to Friday, we can ship the required part the same day.

As we sell American manufactured products, by US law the manufacturer is required to supply parts for 10 years after the last date of manufacture, ensuring your investment is well supported in the long term.
